Our Mission

The education mission of our congregation exists in line to the two-fold mission of our congregation mandated by our heavenly patron St. Vincent De Paul; the mission of sharing the word of God- Wisdom and the mission of sharing the words of Knowledge. Our congregation has undertaken this mission with due respect and we have established many educational institutions, technical training centres and informal training centres for marginalized children.   

Our objective

Our school was founded with a pure intention, extensively, to facilitate the so-called quality education, which has the power to erase any kind of stigma, restore dignity and pave a path for developed minds, by creating educational institutions and programs and to contribute to the comprehensive development of the area.

It was not unintentional that we reached out to this underdeveloped and rural area to establish our school, with the view of updating it eventually to a school affiliated to the central Board of education and facilitate opportunity for the students of this area equal to the students in the urban area and to help improve the confidence in the rising generation living in Ron and neighbouring villages and enhance social integration, which is bounded and limited by several factors like religion, cast etc.

We realized that the rural students lack most of the facilities that urban students enjoy like electricity, internet connectivity, convenient transportation, facilities for study and living, financial support, parental caring for education.  Hence, we realise our social responsibility to contribute indirectly to improve living conditions, productivity, self-sufficiency and long-term sustainability for individuals, families for the community as whole, by providing quality education to the rural children.

Our Approach

Our first priority was to introduce the possibilities of quality education by establishing a school with suitable facilities and make people collaborate with us.  We followed this by establishing a school with all the needed physical infrastructure as per the government rules. We wanted to assure sufficiently spacious campus for students for all their activities in the campus.  We prioritise the safety of children in the campus and in the school bus and we have compiled all the safety measures mandated by the government.

We bring in qualified, competent and committed teachers to teach the students in each class and help our students to excel matching to the urban students.  Our approach to integrate technical assisted teaching methodology is reportedly help students to learn better.  It is not surprising that good number of our students, having excelled in their PUC, are engaged in the medical and engineering education, which were once alien to the students of this area. We engage to enhance the self-esteem of our rural students, to pass over from an inferior mindset to positive and productive and to equip them to be competent to occupy and explore the opportunities in the field of higher education, like NEET, JEE etc.  We are pleasantly surprised within these few years that our students who passed out in the class 10 board exams are excelling in their pursuit and dream for bigger zones in the world of education.

Secondly, we needed to relate with people to collaborate with us.  Though we do not engage with any mode of self-promotion to our institution, over the years, number of stake holders intended to collaborate with us increased to 800+ and we continue serving them without spoiling their hopes. In the recent years, with the help of school management software and mobile app, we assure timely correspondence and we share all the latest and updated academic and administrative information to the parents. 

We also realise that students need to have a better living atmosphere in families for the betterment of their academic passion and proficiency and to have an organised life culture.   Hence, we are equally committed to train the students to improve their discipline not only in studies but also in their social commitments.

Why do we stand out

Our Campus is sufficiently spacious

• We have sufficiently spacious campus for students for all their activities in the campus.
• We have made use the whole of 8 acres of land exclusively for the school purpose and have provided very good infrastructure for the school.  We have provided almost 3 acres of land exclusively for the sports ground purpose. 
• We maintain clean campus by prohibiting the use of plastics, cleaning the whole building on daily basis.
• We have more than 300 trees in our school campus; we planted 101 trees marking the CBSE affiliation on the world environment day in the year 2020.  We are planning to construct few nature-friendly class room in the midst of the farm where varieties of fruit trees are existing.
• We plan to develop a welcome launch and a garden with greenery and flowers in front of the school.

Our Infrastructural Facilities are promising

• We have provided very good infrastructural facilities for the students, compiling to the mandates of the government rules; well-built three-floor building having spacious and ventilated corridors and class rooms with furniture, computer lab, separate lab for each science branches and a library having more than 4000 books in the stock section and good number of reference books and encyclopaedias in the reference & reading room.
• We are to facilitate an indoor assembly hall for our students.

We prioritise safety of children

• We provide very good drinking water and sufficient number of toilets for the students.
• We have installed full-fledged Fire Fighting System in the school building and in the school buses.

We facilitate Quality in Faculty & Academics

• We provide the service of qualified, committed and competent teachers from different states in view of the development of the students in various dimension.
• We conduct strict exam & valuation; we give good toil for our students with regard to the exam; we do not want to fool the parents by providing easy questions and help the students to get easy marks.

Our School Bus Facility is stable

• We have more than 700 students coming from almost 60 villages, farthest one being 45 km away from the school.  We have 10 school buses covering these many villages.  Since our school is a rural school, situated 2 km away from the taluk headquarter, we provide bus facility for all students, even for the local students.

Our Fee Structure is wondering and wonderful

• We provide quality education at a very low fees structure. 
• We provide scholarship for poor children, in spite of multiplied financial liability year by year.

We have our heavenly Patron St. Vincent De Paul

• The exhortation of our heavenly patron St Vincent to his confreres "to rush slowly" is something inspiring us to move forward patiently, in spite of many challenges and troubles.  The saying “Rome is not built in a day" is quintessential for our mission.  We are committed and contended to grow with the growth of the mind of the people, by developing their minds and thoughts by inputs of knowledge and wisdom.
