Admission Policy & Procedure 2025-26
ADMISSION POLICY
- Admission is restricted as per the policies of the management time to time.
- Admissions are given only against the vacant seat in each class.
- Admissions are given only to class Pre-KG to class 7.
- Admission to class 1-5 is open to students of any board of education.
- Admission to grade 7 & 8 is restricted to CBSE board students only, upon good will.
- The admission, once cancelled or dismissed, will not be considered again.
PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION
1) Application for Admission
- The parents of the admission-seeking students should submit the duly filled and signed Application Form to the school office, along with the marks card of the previous class from the previous school.
- The Application Form for Admission is available in the school website and can be downloaded for your needs. The form is also available in the school office for Rs.20.
2) Pre-Test for the candidate
- The candidate who are seeking admission to class 6-7 will have to appear for Pre-Test (Written) based on the syllabus of the class the student last studied and admission will be given only to those candidates who score minimum 60% of mark for each subject in the pre-Test. (maths-30, Science-30, English-30, General-10 = 100 Marks)
- The candidate who are seeking admission to class 3-5 will have to appear for Pre-Test (Oral & Written) based on the syllabus of the class the student last studied and admission will be given only to those candidates who score minimum 50% of mark for each subject in the Test. (maths-15, Science-15, English-15, general-5 = 50 Marks)
- The candidate who are seeking admission to class 1 & 2 will have to appear for Pre-Test (Oral & Written) based on the syllabus of the class the student last studied and admission will be given only to those candidates who score minimum 50% of mark for each subject in the Test. (Maths-15, Science-15, English-15, general-5 = 50 Marks)
3) Submission of Admission Form
- To initiate the admission process, the Parent/guardian of the candidate who are eligible for admission has to collect the Admission Form from the School office for Rs.200 and submit the form duly filled and signed by the parent/guardian to the school office at least within two days.
4) Submission of Documents
The Documents to be submitted to the office along with filled and signed admission form are:
- Copy of Birth Certificate of the candidate [Original has to be brought for spot verification]
- Copy of Aadhaar of the candidate [Original has to be brought for spot verification]
- Copy of Aadhaar of the parents [Original has to be brought for spot verification]
- Income-Caste Certificate
- Passport size photo of the candidate [2 Nos]
- Previous School Report Card with Previous Class Mark Card
- SATS No of the candidate (Student Achievement Track System)
- PEN ID – Personal Education Number of the candidate (PEN is an initiative to create a unique identification number across all education platforms)
- APAAR ID of the Candidate (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry is a specialized identification system designed for all students in India)
5) Payment of Fee
- Parent has to pay Admission Fee, prescribed by the management time to time, which is non-refundable for any reason.
- Parent has to pay the 1st Instalment Fee as mentioned in the notice board.
- Payment towards Study Materials.
- Payment of 1st instalment fee for school bus, if availed the facility.
6) Commendation
- Introducing Mobile App to the Parent
- Verifying data Entry
- Presenting the School Calendar-2025 to the parent
7) Collecting Study Materials
- Regular Uniform (2), PT Uniform (1), Tie, Shoes, Socks (2)
- Note Books, Wrappers (As per the class requirements)
- Text Books, Work Books, Maps & Diagram Books, Wrappers (As per the class requirements)
- Unit Test Book, Exam Answer Sheets (Given to the students during the respective exams)
- Student ID card will be distributed after the opening of the school.
8) Confirmation of Admission
- TC request will be sent to the school the candidate last studied, based on the school address given in the application form.
- The admission, through transfer to our school, will be confirmed only if the original Transfer Certificate is reached to the school office within 20 days from the provisional admission taken; failing which, the admission will automatically be cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next in the waiting list. Under such circumstances, the fees paid will not be refunded.
- Students will be permitted to attend the class only if the admission process is completed with all the required documents submitted to the school office.
