Admission Procedure to Class 1

Parents seeking admission for Class 1 should submit the application form (available at the school office), duly filled, along with the following documents:

  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Student’s Aadhaar Card
  • Student’s Mark Card/Report Card (UKG)
  • Parent’s Aadhaar Cards (Father & Mother)
  • Income & Caste Certificate
  • Bank Account Passbook
  • Mobile Number (with WhatsApp facility)
  • Fee Payment Receipts

Fee Payment Includes:

  • Admission Fee
  • School Fee (1st Installment)
  • Study Materials
  • Uniform

Admission Procedure (Transfer Cases)

(Applicable only for students seeking admission to Classes 2–9)

  • Submit a duly filled application form with the previous class mark sheet.
  • Appear for a Pre-Test based on the syllabus of the last studied class.
  • Minimum scores required in Test:
    • Primary Classes: 50% in each subject
    • Upper Primary: 60% in each subject
    • Higher School: 70% in each subject
  • Complete provisional admission formalities:
  1. Make payments for:
    • Admission Fee
    • School Fee
  2. Submit the following documents:
    • Duly filled admission form with parent’s signature
    • 2 Passport-size photos of the candidate
    • Copy of Birth Certificate (original for verification)
    • Copy of Aadhaar (candidate & parents; originals for verification)
    • Income & Caste Certificate
    • Fee receipts (Admission & 1st Installment School Fee)
  • Additional payments (if applicable): School Bus, Study Materials, Uniform
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) must reach the school office within 20 days of provisional admission; failing which the admission will be cancelled (fees non-refundable).
  • Admitted students may attend class only after completing all document submissions.

Procedure

  • Office staff issue and collect the filled application form.
  • Arrange or schedule eligibility test; inform parents of the date.
  • Inform eligible candidates about required documents and admission date.
  • Verify documents when parents submit them.
  • Parents fill and submit the admission form; staff verify details (Name, DOB, Aadhaar, signature, mobile).
  • Enter student details into school software.
  • Process fee payment and verify receipts.
  • File all student documents.
  • Assist parents in installing the school mobile app and explain its features.
  • Inform parents of school reopening date and provide the academic calendar.
